Here at Harebell Creations, I create elegant, bespoke wedding cakes for couples in Royston, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and the
surrounding areas.
Each cake is handcrafted with care, combining beautiful design, thoughtful details and delicious flavours. From romantic floral cakes to timeless tiered
designs, every wedding cake is created to feel personal, memorable and truly yours.

Enquire
It all starts with your initial enquiry. Tell me your wedding date, venue, approximate guest numbers and any ideas you already have for your cake.
I’ll check availability and we can start talking about the style, flavours and overall feel you’d like for your day.
If you’d like to go ahead, a 20% booking fee will secure your wedding date in my diary.
Consultation
Once we’ve started shaping your ideas, we can arrange a consultation to talk through your cake in more detail.
We can discuss design, colours, flowers, personal details and flavours.
Following your consultation, I’ll bring everything together into your bespoke cake proposal and quote, creating something personal to you.
Book Your Date
The remaining 20% deposit will be due once your final quote has been agreed.
Your final balance is due in full 4 weeks before your wedding date.
From there, we can continue refining the finer details as your wedding plans develop.
Delivery & Set Up
On your wedding day, I’ll carefully deliver your cake to your venue and set it up ready for your celebration.
I’ll make sure everything is looking just as it should before I leave, so all that’s left for you to do is enjoy your day, the big reveal and, of course, the cake.
Cake Pricing
Every Harebell Creations wedding cake is individually designed and made especially for you, so each cake is quoted separately. The prices below are a guide to help you with your wedding planning.
2026 / 2027 / 2028
2-tier wedding cakes start from £400 / £430 / £460
3-tier wedding cakes start from £650 / £650 / £710
4-tier wedding cakes start from £850 / £880 / £910
Delivery and set-up are quoted separately depending on your venue.
Our tasting boxes contain 6 slices in a selection of flavours, subject to
availability. They are priced at £30.00 plus postage.
2027 and 2028 prices are subject to change.
Cake Portions
As all of my cakes are designed individually, portion numbers are given as a guide and can vary depending on the final design, tier sizes and height of
the cake.
Because I often create slightly taller cakes, servings may differ from a
standard wedding cake chart.
As a guide:
A 2 tier wedding cake will usually serve around 45 portions
A 3 tier wedding cake will usually serve around 80 portions
A 4 tier wedding cake will usually serve around 160 portions
When designing your wedding cake, I focus not only on how many portions you need, but also on the overall look and balance of the design.
Some cakes look most elegant with fewer tiers, and in those cases extra portions can always be provided with a kitchen cake, so all of your guests can still enjoy a slice..
